This site is Joelle Crowle's virtual Exeter pub (or tea room for non-drinkers) containing community news for students and all kinds of interesting zones and titbits to help students of English.

Sit down with your virtual drink and explore the site at your leisure. Do some quizzes, smile at the homework mistakes, laugh at the jokes, find interesting websites and web utilities, write to your teacher or to the class and find out about any lessons or homework that you have missed.

The photos are of Exeter, which is Joelle's home in the south west of England, although her adoptive home is now Bologna. Joelle is a teacher at CILTA, the language centre at the University of Bologna.
